At Whispering Canyon Cafe, this Old West-themed family-style restaurant serves up a variety of down home fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Buttermilk pancakes, omelets, or an all-you-can-eat Canyon Skillet will help you and your party start the day off right. For lunch, you can chow down on classic favorites like burgers, sandwiches and salads and dinner serves up a variety of steak, fish and salads for the heartiest of appetites. Make sure to save a little room for their signature apple pie for dessert, as well.
If you aren’t in the mood for a hearty meal, stop by Roaring Fork for a quick bite to eat. This quick-service restaurant has plenty of indoor seating, and serves both hot and cold dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Start your day off right with hot-off-the-grill selections like pancakes, a croissant sandwich and a breakfast platter, served from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. Cereals, baked goods, grits and oatmeal are also served in the morning hours.
For lunch and dinner, grab a burger, chili, sandwiches, salads and more to sate your appetite. Beer and wine, soft drinks, water and lattes are also available to wash it all down with. For dessert, try a cookie, muffin, bundt cake, brownies, or another sweet treat to end your meal on a high note. There’s also a special kids menu with plenty of kid-friendly fare, such as chicken nuggets and peanut butter and jelly.
If you’re in the mood for a signature dining experience, stop by Artist Point, a restaurant that takes inspiration from National Park lodges across the Pacific Northwest. You’ll see gorgeous murals and other decorative items depicting the American frontier, which help turn this dining establishment into a charming, intimate setting for dinner. The menu changes seasonally, but you can also count on their signature dish – cedar plank salmon – being available. Otherwise, the menu focuses on fresh seafood, beef and game dishes. Dessert can be the Artist Point Cobbler, a special chef’s creation including seasonal berries and black raspberry ice cream.
Adult guests may choose from over 131 selections on their award-winning wine list, or sample a variety of tastes from the Port Wine or Ice Wine selections.
If you’d like to relax in a quiet, cozy atmosphere, stop by the Territory Lounge. This full-service bar features comfortable seating, a television, and a variety of specialty drinks and appetizers. Choose from their signature honey-ginger chicken wings or a simple cheese and fruit plate to go with your beverage. Their beverage selection includes Northwest wines, beer, and cocktails like the Pomegranate Splash or Pear Blossom Cosmo.
For guests who want to relax poolside, don’t miss Trout Pass Bar, a pool bar that serves a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for thirsty guests.
