It’s almost time to ring in 2017 and there’s no better place to celebrate than at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Guests at Epcot can enjoy a DJ at the Future World Fountain Stage from 7 p.m. until 1 a.m.
There’s also a smoke-billowing dragon in China, performances by British Invasion in the United Kingdom Pavilion, a Euro-pop DJ in Italy, a Latin band and DJ at the America Gardens theater, and a “Silent Groove” in Japan.
IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth will have a 6 p.m. show with a holiday finale, and an 11:40 p.m. show with a New Year’s Eve countdown and salute to the New Year.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios rings in 2017 starting at 7 p.m. on December 31 with a DJ dance party at Center stage, two countdowns to midnight with fireworks, and performances of Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! at 9 p.m. and Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular after midnight.
New Year’s Eve celebrations at the Magic Kingdom include Fantasy in the Sky fireworks on Friday, December 30 at 11:50 p.m. and again on December 31. The Holiday Wishes New Year’s Celebration is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on both nights, featuring fireworks and a countdown.
