The Walt Disney World Resort is planning a patriotic Fourth of July celebration on July 3 and 4.
The celebration will includes themed souvenirs, characters in festive costumes, and special firework displays.
At the Magic Kingdom on July 3 and 4 a 14-minute fireworks display, Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky, will light up the sky above Cinderella Castle at 10 p.m. each night.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios is celebrating with a ‘Rockin’ Fourth of July Celebration’ fireworks show. A DJ kicks off the party at 5:45 p.m. and keep the party rockin’ until 10:15 when the fireworks begin.
Guests at Epcot will see a special finale during IlllumiNations: Reflections of Earth both nights starting at 9 p.m.
On July 4 Epcot will also have a few additional celebrations including a special Fourth of July concert by The Voices of Liberty at 12:30, 1:45, and 3 p.m. and inside the American Adventure pavilion at 4:15 and 5 p.m.
The Sounds Like Summer concert on July 4 features Don’t Look Back – A Boston Tribute Band with performances at 5:15, 6:30, 7:45, and 9 p.m.
The special Fourth of July merchandise includes USA shirts, trading pins, and red, white, and blue socks. Select locations will also be selling festive treats for the holiday.
The Walt Disney World Resort hotels will be celebrating the holiday with special poolside activities including crafts, games, pool parties, and movies under the stars.
