The elusive Walt Disney World Moms Panel has already announced they will begin the search for the 2013 panel in September. Earlier this week, Laura Spencer, Social Media Manager, Walt Disney World Resort, outlined more of what Disney is looking for in the 2013 panel:
“In 2013, we will have our very first Sports Team Panelist. This successful applicant is a mom who is heavily involved in planning sports events, from cheerleading, soccer, football to gymnastics.”
The sports panelist will join the current specialty slots on the Moms Panel which include a Disney Vacation Club Specialist, a Disneyland Specialist, a runDisney Mom, and an Adventures by Disney Mom.
Each year the panel is growing and diversifying. Last year saw the addition of the runDisney Mom and the Disneyland panelists. The panel also began answering questions in Spanish this year, and Laura notes that there will be special emphasis in this year’s search for panelists who have traveled internationally and speak Spanish.
The search is set to begin in September. In past years the application process has been announced on the website the week after Labor Day, although no specific date has been announced yet for this year. Potential panelists are encouraged to check the Disney Moms Panel site daily during the month of September for more details.
