Earlier this month, we brought you news of the special shopping event that’s being held for annual passholders on Saturday, December 4, at World of Disney, in the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort. There have been a few updates to the event, which takes place from 6:30 a.m until 9:00 a.m., that we wanted to share with you. Changes include the list of eligible shoppers, as well as where and when shoppers may queue and park.
The event has now been open to annual passholders, D23 Members, Disney Vacation Club Members, and Club 33 Members. A valid Disneyland Resort passholder ID, D23, DVC, or Club 33 ID is required to enter the event, and must be presented at the time of purchase. Friends and family members of the annual passholders, D23 Members, DVC Members, and Club 33 Members are welcome, but one member of the party must be able to show the applicable ID for their group to enter the sale.
Guests for the early shopping event should park in the Downtown Disney District parking lot, where fees will apply after 10 a.m. Once shoppers park and make their way toward the sale, they are asked to queue no earlier than 5:45 a.m., where they will be directed to queue up behind Rainforest Cafe, near the Downtown Disney District valet kiosk.
Once in line, wristbands will be distributed for the free gift, prior to the start of the sale. Free gifts will be given to the first 1000 guests.
