Guests who want to sample dishes from Disney’s newest Italian restaurant, Trattoria al Forno, can do just that during Disney’s first-ever Food Truck Takeover on January 16-18.
Trattoria al Forno is “taking over” the Superstar Catering food truck located in Exposition Park at Downtown Disney. The Superstar Catering truck normally features dishes from Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
When Trattoria al Forno takes over the menu will include an oversized beef and spinach meatball served in a bread bowl, lasagna, and tiramisu. Guests can also order a glass of Songo d’Italia Chianti from Tuscany to pair with their meal.
Trattoria al Forno is located on Disney’s BoardWalk and is open from 7:30-11 a.m. for breakfast and from 5-10 p.m. for dinner. Advance dining reservations are recommended.
Walt Disney World guests can expect other restaurants to “take over” Disney food trucks throughout this year.
