Kouzzina by Cat Cora – located at Disney’s BoardWalk – is closing at the end of September. But the mystery as to what is replacing the Mediterranean eatery has been solved. Trattoria al Forno is scheduled to open in the same location by December. This Italian eatery will feature wood-fired pizzas, handmade mozzarella, and dishes from several regions. And wine lovers will be happy to hear that only Italian wines will be served – 60 by the bottle and nearly 25 by the glass.
