Happy middle of March! We been covering a lot of big stories this week so let’s dive right in!
The week started out with news of a new breakfast offering at Be Our Guest in the Magic Kingdom! Reservations opened March 17, breakfast started on March 20 and will run in this test phase until June 18!
Reservations for another new food-related event opened last week too! The new Wishes Fireworks Dessert Party will be replacing the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party on July 5 and reservations are now open for this nighttime party at the Magic Kingdom.
In sports-related news, ESPN’s Baseball Tonight will be broadcasting live all this week from the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World! You don’t need a ticket to the game to be part of the audience. The live broadcasts begin March 23.
And since it’s currently March Madness when we’re talking about college basketball, Disney is celebrating with its own March Magic tournament. Every day you can vote for your favorite Disney Parks attraction that is represented by a team featuring a name inspired by the ride.
Easter is just two weeks away and guests can visit Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa to check out the hand-made chocolate Easter eggs that are now on display!
And finally, this summer is the ‘Coolest Summer Ever’ at Walt Disney World and as part of the celebration the Frozen Summer Fun LIVE event is returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. We have some really cool details about the event!
