Happy April! We had some exciting news during the week, so let’s quickly dive in and see what’s happening!
Disney announced several new summer vacation packages for most stays through August 31. The deals include a room rate discount, a ticket and room package, and a special package for families of 3.
The Main Street Electrical Parade is staying at Disneyland through August 20. The parade was slated to end early this summer but it has been extended due to “popular demand” according to Disney.
Disney just updated the My Disney Experience app with several new features. If you have the app on your mobile device be sure to update it soon!
When Pandora – The World of Avatar opens in May guests will be able to purchase a Na’vi Translator to help them navigate the language used in Pandora. According to the backstory, the Na’vi translator was created by Alpha Centauri Expeditions founder Marshall Lamm and it is being marketed as a “helpful tool” for humans visiting Pandora.
A few preliminary bands for this year’s Eat to the Beat concerts have been announced. The concerts take place throughout the Epcot Food and Wine Festival.
And finally, Disneyland Paris is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
