Walt Disney Studios has officially debuted the official trailer and poster for the upcoming film The Odd Life of Timothy Green. The film, which stars Jennifer Garner, Joel Edgerton, and CJ Adams, will premiere in theaters on August 15, 2012.
In the film, Garner and Edgerton play a childless couple who want to start a family, but are unable to have children. The two can only dream of what their child would be like, but things take a turn for the unexpected when young Timothy (CJ Adams) shows up at their house one stormy night. Together, the couple, along with their small town of Stanleyville, learn that “sometimes the unexpected can bring some of life’s greatest gifts.”
The film will be directed by Academy Award-nominated director/screenwriter Peter Hedges, known for his work on such films as Dan in Real Life and as screenwriter of What’s Eating Gilbert Grape?. Check out the official trailer for this magical film below:
