The second season of Disney XD’s Annie Award-winning animated series Wander Over Yonder is scheduled to debut on Monday, August 3.
The guest stars for season two include Jon Hamm (Mad Men), “Weird Al” Yankovic, Academy Award winner June Squib (Nebraska), Sabrina Carpenter (Girl Meets World), and Calum Worthy (Austin & Ally).
Wander Over Yonder follows the story of Wander and his loyal steed Sylvia as they travel through the universe finding adventures.
A new villain – Lord Dominator – is being introduced this season and will prove to be a formidable rival for Wander and Sylvia and a threat to Lord Hater as the Greatest in the Galaxy.
The season premiere episode, ‘The Great Hater,’ is the first of a four-part good-versus-evil story arc.
Two Wander Over Yonder cartoon shorts are debuting Monday, July 20 on Disney XD and new shorts will premiere each day Monday through Friday until the season two premiere.
Wander Over Yonder stars Jack McBrayer (30 Rock), April Winchell (Mickey Mouse Clubhouse), Tom Kenny (Spongebob Squarepants), and Keith Ferguson (Gravity Falls).
