Disney Vacation Club members can purchase interest in Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows starting January 12. General sales for the new DVC property begins February 9.
Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows includes the Bora Bora Bungalows and the connecting Deluxe Studios.

There will be 20 Bora Bora Bungalows over the Seven Seas Lagoon and each bungalow will sleep up to eight guests. The bungalows include two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Guests can also relax in the plunge pool on the deck while they watch the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom.
The 360 Deluxe Studio Villa is the largest DVC studio villa on property and will sleep up to five guests. The 360 Deluxe Studio Villas feature a kitchenette, extra storage, two separate bathroom areas, and a pull-down armoire bed.
The first phase of Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows is set to open on April 1.
