The 2017 Walt Disney World Marathon is still a few months away, but runDisney is giving runners a sneak peek at the finisher medals.
The Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend races celebrate the Fab 5 and one of the most beloved of the Seven Dwarfs – Dopey.
Races for the weekend include the Walt Disney World Marathon, Walt Disney World Half Marathon, the 5K, 10K, and Kids Races.
Runners can also participate in the Dopey Challenge which includes the 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon for a total of 48.6 miles.
The runners who finish the Dopey Challenge will receive the Goofy Race and a Half medal, the Dopey Challenge medal, AND all of the finisher medals for the individual races.
Runners can also choose to participate in the Castaway Cay Challenge, which combines on Marathon weekend race of 5K or longer with the Castaway Cay 5K during a Disney Cruise following Marathon Weekend.
