runDisney is launching a digital event guide as part of its collaboration with Runner’s World for the 2017 race events.
All of the runDisney races in 2017 will have a digital guide beginning with the Walt Disney World Marathon in January. The new digital guides will feature pre- and post-race version, so runner can personalize their race experiences.
The pre-race digital guide will feature the race weekend itinerary, running tips, and videos from Runner’s World editors. The post-race guide will feature the individual race times for runners, rankings, and links to download race photos.
All Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend participants will also receive a “Welcome Runners” trial subscription to Runner’s World.
Also returning in 2017 is the Runner’s World VIP program. This program gives runners a chance to be coached by Runner’s World director of training Budd Coates.
The VIP program at the Marathon weekend includes: a 16-week training program, access to the VIP training plan, pre-race course strategy session, a welcome party, and entry to the Race Retreat on Saturday and Sunday of the race weekend.
