The Planet Hollywood Observatory is not yet open at Disney Springs, but guests are able to make Advance Dining Reservations for dates beginning February 1.
There is no official opening date yet for the re-themed restaurant. The original reopening date was in the fall of 2016, but there have been some delays that set the opening date back.
When the Planet Hollywood Observatory opens the restaurant will feature an outdoor bar, Stargazers, in addition to a 4,500 square foot video screen for entertainment.
The menu will include Planet Hollywood standards in addition to a new burger menu created by celebrity chef Guy Fieri. Some of the new burgers include Big Bite Burgers, The Mayor of Flavortown, and Bacon Mac-n-Cheese.
The dessert menu features jar desserts and even an Ice Cream and Gelato Challenge.
