An all-new Sofia the First primetime special is coming to Disney Channel in November.
The special, Sofia the First: The Curse of Princess Ivy, features a special appearance by Rapunzel (voiced by Mandy Moore).
In the special episode, Amber discovers Sofia’s amulet is magical and takes it without permission. She accidentally summons an evil princess named Ivy who is set on taking over Enchancia.
In addition to Mandy Moore, film and television actress Anna Camp (Pitch Perfect) stars as Princess Ivy, John Michael Higgins (Pitch Perfect) stars as the self-appointed leader of a dragon a capella group, and Oliver Platt (The West Wing) stars as Enchancia’s oldest dragon, Everburn.
From November 17 through the 23 Disney Channel will air the Sofia the First episodes starring Cinderella, Snow White, Ariel, Aurora, Belle, Jasmine, and Mulan.
Sofia the First: The Curse of Princess Ivy premieres at 7 p.m ET on November 23 on Disney Channel.
