After months of anticipation, the Planet Hollywood Observatory at Disney Springs officially opened last week.
The redesigned restaurant has been transformed from its original Hollywood theme to a four-story “star gazing observatory.”
The menu at Planet Hollywood Observatory still features some Planet Hollywood favorites but it’s also been kicked up a notch with the addition of gourmet burgers from celebrity chef Guy Fieri.
Guests can also satisfy their sweet tooth with Supernova Shakes, house-made ice cream and sorbet which is featured in the 12-scoop Cosmic Challenge, and more.
Planet Hollywood Observatory is open daily from 11 a.m. until midnight. The Stargazers Lounge has not opened yet, but should be coming soon.
Guests can book Advance Dining Reservations beginning February 1.
