The new Big Hero 6 television series will feature the original cast from the film when it debuts in 2017 on Disney XD.
The cast will include Maya Rudolph as Aunt Cass, Jamie Chung as Go-Go, Scott Adsit as Bayman, Alan Tudyk as Alistair Krei, Ryan Potter as Hiro, Genesis Rodriguez as Honey Lemon, and Stan Lee as Fred’s dad. Brooks Wheelan joins the cast as Fred.
The new television series will pick up following the events of the film and will continue the “adventures and friendship” of Hiro and his robot Baymax.
The Big Hero 6 team will “embark on high-tech adventures” while Hiro faces the challenges of being the prodigy at the San Fransokyo Institute of Technology.
The Big Hero 6 The Series is set to debut on Disney XD in 2017.
