Marvel has just released a teaser poster for Captain America: The Winter Soldier!
Captain America: The Winter Soldier starts up where The Avengers left off – Steve Rogers is still coming to terms with his role in the modern world. In the new movie he and Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow (Johansson) work together to fight a powerful enemy in Washington D.C.
The film boasts an all-star cast including Chris Evans returning as Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, along with The Avengers stars Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), and Cobie Smulders (Agent Maria Hill). Anthony Mackie joins the cast as Sam Wilson (Falcon).
In a reprise of their original Captain America roles, Haley Atwell plays Peggy Carter, Toby Jones is Arnim Zola, and Sebastian Stan returns as Bucky Barnes, Steve Rogers’ best friend who has been brought back from the dead and brainwashed into the Russian assassin The Winter Soldier. And, Robert Redford has signed on to play Agent Alexander Pierce, a senior official within the S.H.I.E.L.D. organization.
