In addition to the new Minnie Run collection that is set to debut at the 2015 Walt Disney World Marathon, Disney is also releasing a whole new line of race-specific merchandise.
Many of the races will feature apparel items for men and women including Sweaty Bands, Bondi Bands, long and short sleeve shirts, jackets, pins, and car magnets. Participants can also find car magnets for the kids races, Family Fun Run 5K, and the 10K.
The 2015 Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge is the 10th year for that race and all the merchandise for the race will feature an anniversary logo.
The merchandise also features a new limited release retail MagicBand that features the runDisney logo. The MagicBand retails for $24.95 and can be linked at a later date using the “link it later” feature.
In addition to the “I Did It” shirts, Disney has also created a line of “In Training” merchandise for runners training for future races.
All the 2015 Walt Disney World Marathon merchandise will be available at the Disney Health & Fitness Expo. The dates and times are: January 7 from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m.; January 8 from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.; January 9 from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.; and January 10 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
