In the Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort, a special weekend event dubbed SIGNin’ in the Street will be held from March 17-18.
The event, designed to celebrate creativity in the deaf community, will offer exclusive new merchandise and special guest appearances, including the new American Sign Language “I Love Mickey” t-shirt.
Special guest appearances will include the Academy-award winning actress and author Marlee Matlin, who will be signing copies of her book I’ll Scream Later on March 18 from 1:45-2:45 p.m. Disney Consumer Products artist Mary Rappazzo will also be available to sign a deluxe print featuring Mickey Mouse and ASL. You’ll be able to see her on March 17 from 1 to 3 p.m. and March 18 from 2:30 to 4 p.m.
