A new exhibit sponsored by Glidden paint has opened in Epcot’s Innoventions pavilion in Future World.
The Colortopia exhibit gives guests the chance to explore color and the impact it has on the world around them. Guests can walk through three unique areas with interactive exhibits that bring life to color theory, and that explore the psychology of color and the perception of colors.
The hands-on activities show guests that color is more than visual – it’s also emotional.
Colortopia is a 3,700 square foot exhibit and guests can expect to spend about 30 minutes exploring.
The exhibit features The Power of Color that includes a short presentation on the psychology of color, The Color Lab where guests can play “Color Mix ‘n Match,’ and Color Our World where guests can paly with color shadows and play with a magical paint brush.
There is also a Colortopia mobile app that allows guests to bring fun home. The app features in-park mobile interaction, the World Showcase Color Palette featuring paint palettes inspired by World Showcase, and more.
