A new collection of artwork called the ‘Decades’ Collection is set to debut later this spring as part of the Disneyland Resort’s Diamond Celebration.
This new collection of artwork takes a look back at the milestones of the last six decades that have made Disneyland Resort the magical place it is today. The first design in the collection is focused on the decade of 1955 to 1964 and was designed by artist Jeff Granito.
The artwork features the skyway to Tomorrowland, mermaids, sea serpents, submarines, and monorails in addition to a few other icons from Disneyland.
New art for each decade from the last 60 years will debut every 60 days and will be featured on items including home décor, pins, apparel, and more. All items will have purchasing limits and will only be available while supplies last.
The 1955-1964 artwork debuts May 1.
