Morimoto Asia will be the newest restaurant at Downtown Disney (soon to be Disney Springs) when it opens its doors on September 30.
The restaurant by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto will feature two stories of dining space including an exhibition kitchen, lounges, dining rooms, and outdoor terraces.
The menu will feature Pan-Asian cuisine including Kung Pao Chicken, Lobster Chow Fun, Sweet and Sour Crispy Whole Fish, Peking Duck, and Moo Shu Pork. The weekend brunch menu will also include Dim Sum.
Morimoto Asia will be located at The Landings area near THE BOATHOUSE. Reservations will reportedly be available via Open Table starting September 16. Reservations via Disney will likely be available on September 30 once the restaurant is open.
The restaurant will be open daily from 11 a.m. until 2 a.m. and will serve lunch and dinner, in addition to brunch on the weekends.
