Menu Details Announced for Outdoor Kitchens at Epcot Flower and Garden Festival

f&g2 2015With a little more than two weeks until the 2015 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival opens, we finally have some news about the menus for the Outdoor Kitchens.

This year marks the third year that the Outdoor Kitchens have been part of the Flower and Garden festival  and our friends at the Disney Food Blog have a list of the 11 Outdoor Kitchens they’re expecting.

The Outdoor Kitchens are: Fluer de Lys in France, Taste of Marrakesh in Morocco, Hanami in Japan, The Smokehouse Barbecue and Brews in American Adventure pavilion, Primavera Kitchen in Italy, Lotus House in China, Jardin de Fiestas in Mexico, Florida Fresh, Pineapple Promenade, Urban Farm Eats, and new for this year Bontanas Botanico.

While fan favorite menu items including Frushi and Bejing Candied Strawberries will likely return, some new items for this year include: Macaron Guimauve a la Fraise at Fleur de Lys; Falafel with Cucumber Tomato Salad and Tahini; Kale Salad with Dried Cherries, Almonds, and Goat Cheese; and a Quinoa Vegetable Naanwich at Urban Farm Eats.

The Pineapple Promeande will be offering a spicy hot dog with pineapple chutney and sriracha mayo while Florida Fresh is serving a Florida blueberry and lemon curd tart.
