Tomorrow is the day – the 24-hour party at the Magic Kingdom starts at 6 a.m. sharp and the park is serving up an array of food for guests.
Since the party starts at 6 a.m. guests will need to find breakfast in the morning and the regular haunts like Main Street Bakery, Sleepy Hollow, and Gaston’s Tavern will be serving their standard fare.
Special 24-hour party-themed cupcakes will be available all day and night at both Gaston’s Tavern and the Main Street Bakery. The cupcakes aren’t technically “new” but they do come with a tasty chocolate square with the party’s logo.
Guests might also notice that much of the food at the Magic Kingdom will be blue during Friday’s party. This is a nod to the Coolest Summer Ever.
Some new items on the menus include a tropical watermelon lemonade at The Lunching Pad in Tomorrowland, a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with pepper jack cheese, bacon, and chipotle mayo at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Café, and rice bowls at the rarely-open Tortuga Tavern.
Not-so-new items being served at the party include a flip-flop shaped crispy rice treat, a gourmet hot dog at The Lunching Pad, and sundaes at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor.
Guests who are still partying and hungry in the middle of the night can stop by Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café until 5:30 a.m. Saturday and enjoy a breakfast platter with scrambled eggs, bacon, and roasted potatoes.
The 24-hour party starts at 6 a.m. Friday and ends at 6 a.m. Saturday.
