The 2013 Epcot Food and Wine Festival Menus featured favorite food items and some new dishes for this year. New to the festival this year is the Kimchi Dog with Spicy Mustard Sauce at the South Korea Booth, and Garlic Shrimp with Roasted Tomatoes, Lemon Myrtle and Rapini, and Pavlova (Crispy Meringue Shell with Fresh Driscoll’s Berries and Vanilla Custard) at the Australia Booth.
The new-to-the-festival Scotland Booth will be featuring Seared Scottish Salmon with Cauliflower Puree, Watercress and Malt Vinaigrette, Vegetarian Haggis, and a Scottish Banoffee Tart along with a Loch Lomond Cocktail.
Brazil returns to the Food and Wine Festival this year with menu items including Crispy Pork Belly with Black Beans, Onions, Avocado, and Cilantro, and a Seared Scallop with Hearts of Palm and Tomato Stew.

The 2013 Epcot Food and Wine Festival runs from September 27 through November 11. And don’t forget the booking for Tables in Wonderland members, Annual Passholders, DVC Members, and Golden Oaks residents begins August 9 for Food and Wine Festival seminars and demonstrations, including mixology.
