Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar has officially opened in Downtown Disney!
This new watering hole is located in The Landing area in what will soon be Disney Springs and the official opening happened during a ribbon cutting ceremony on September 22.
For those wondering “who is Jock Lindsey?” – he was the frequent pilot of Indiana Jones and he settled in Florida after spotting the waterfront property on a search for the Fountain of Youth.
Jock and the other members of the Society of Explorers and Adventurers would meet in the hangar.
Now, Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is serving up tapas style dishes and 16 specialty drinks in addition to beers and wines. Drinks include Reggie’s Revenge, the Bedtime Story, and more. While sipping on a cocktail guests can also snack on small plates including Rolling Boulder Sliders, Elsa’s She-Deviled Eggs, and Squid! Why’d It Have to Be Squid? flatbread.
Jock Lindsey’s is open from 11:30 a.m. until midnight Sunday through Thursday and until 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. No reservations are accepted.
