A new watering hole is coming to Disney Springs this fall and it’s brining an Indiana Jones theme with it.
Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is scheduled to open at The Landing later this year. And for those of you wondering who is Jock Lindsey – he’s the pilot for Indiana Jones with a penchant for pet snakes.
Word is his pet snake Reggie will play a pivotal role in the story of the Hangar Bar.
The bar’s décor will feature vintage travel posters and aviation equipment. The inside of the bar will seat 150 patrons and outdoor seating will also be available on Jock’s docked steamboat. The menu will focus on cocktails and tapas style appetizers.
Drinks will include the Hovito Mojito made with Barsol Quebranta Pisco, lime juice, and simple syrup. The menu items include Air Pirates Everything Pretzels and Rolling Boulder Mudslide, an homage to the famous boulder from the first Indiana Jones film.
