Jaleo, the new table service restaurant from Chef José Andrés, is opening this weekend in Disney Springs.
The restaurant will open for dinner on Sunday, March 17.
The Disney Springs location will be the fifth Jaelo in the United States and the first in Florida.
The menu will feature tapas, savory paellas, sangrias, and a selection of Spanish wines and sherries.
Jaleo will also serve a selection of embutidos – cured ibérico ham, pork chorizo, and spreadable cured sausage; in addition to Gazpacho estilo Algeciras; Brussels sprouts salad with apricots, apple, and serrano ham; and a salad of red beets, citrus, Valdeón cheese, and pistachios with sherry dressing.
Adjacent to Jaleo is Pepe by José Andrés – and this will be the first “brick and mortar” location of the popular food truck.
Jaleo will be open for dinner starting March 17 and will begin serving lunch later this month.
