Disney Channel will be airing a special episode of Jake and the Never Land Pirates for International Talk Like A Pirate Day.
On Wednesday, September 19, Jake and the Never Land Pirates: Jake Saves Bucky will feature Peter Pan’s return to Never Land to help Jake and his crew win back their ship after losing it in a race against Captain Hook.
On the same day, the short-form series “Playing With Skully” will encourage viewers to help Jake’s parrot Skully solve a variety of pirate problems, and will air at 9:55 a.m., 10:25 a.m., 10:55 a.m., 11:55 a.m., 12:25 p.m. and 12:55 a.m. ET/PT. Additionally, DisneyJunior.com will launch a series of four mini-games themed to the special on August 31, as well as an interactive pirate name generator for kids to discover their special pirate name. Finally, there will be new printable coloring pages featuring Jake in all of his pirate glory.
