Hong Kong Disneyland celebrated its 10th anniversary on September 11 with a special ceremony featuring fireworks over Sleeping Beauty Castle.
The resort also announced that it is kicking off a year-long ‘Happily Ever After’ celebration with new entertainment options and more.
The ‘Happily Ever After’ celebration starts in mid-November and will include an all-new stage show, Mickey and the Wondrous Book,’ which opens November 17. The show will celebrate stories including the Jungle Book, The Little Mermaid, Tangled, Brave, Aladdin, and more.
A nighttime show, Disney in the Stars, will include fireworks, lighting effect, and video projection on Sleeping Beauty Castle.
The resort also announced that the Fairy Tale Forest is coming to Fantasyland in December. Guests will be able to walk through a living storybook realm that is based on Disney fairytales. This will also be home to Tinker Bell and Pixie Hollow.
