Last month, Disney’s Animal Kingdom welcomed its second white rhino calf of 2015 and it’s a girl!
The calf is the 10th white rhino to be born at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and now Disney is asking fans to weigh in on what the calf’s name should be.
The new calf and her mother haven’t yet debuted on the savannas at the Animal Kingdom – and won’t for at least a couple of months, she’s going to need a name when she does make her grand entrance to the Harambe Wildlife Reserve.
If you’re interested in voting on a name for the rhino calf you can visit the Disney Parks Blog and vote on one of four names: Alora (means ‘my dream’), Jama (means ‘friend’), Kiama (means ‘magic’), or Kiira (means ‘the dawn’).
Voting will remain open until 11:59 p.m. on March 24 and then the winning name will be announced on the Disney Parks Blog.
