In just a few weeks guests at Disney California Adventure will have a chance to get up close to the Guardians of the Galaxy on the new Mission: BREAKOUT attraction.
The characters in the new attraction include Star Lord, Rocket, Gamora, Drax the Destroyer, Groot, The Collector, Apheta, and Mantis.
The attraction features new visual and audio effects, a special “mix tape” of music, and multiple ride experiences.
To celebrate the opening of the new attraction Disneyland is celebrating the Summer of Heroes with special events, character meet-and-greets, and more.
This summer will mark the first time guests will be able to meet Groot as part of a new character encounter.
Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT opens May 27.
