Disney California Adventure’s expansioncontinues to move along at a fast pace, and one of the largest attractions, Goofy’s Sky School, will have its debut June 3!
Previously the site of Mulholland Madness, the renovated roller coaster will showcase Goofy as a pilot attempting to teach novice pilots how to fly. The ride is based on the 1940 cartoon Goofy’s Glider.
As part of a $1 billion dollar park expansion, the new coaster is only one of many renovations construction crews have been working on. The Paradise Pier section of the park has also received an extensive makeover, including a new shopping and dining complex that will most likely open as early as late June.
The opening of Goofy’s Sky School will take place the same day as two other major attractions in the resort: the brand-new Ariel’s Undersea Adventure ride at California Adventure, as well as the newly-renovated Star Tours ride in Disneyland Park.
