With just a few weeks until the start of this year’s Star Wars Weekends at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the full celebrity lineup has been announced.
In addition to Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) and Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian), the celebrities scheduled to attend include actors from the Star Wars films, the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and the Disney XD animated series Star Wars Rebels.
This year’s official host is James Arnold Taylor (voice of Obi-Wan Kenobi on Star Wars: The Clone Wars). Ashley Eckstein, the voice of Ahsoka Tano in The Clone Wars will be hosting the “Behind the Force” show each weekend.
The celebrities scheduled for Weekend I (May 16-18) are: Ahmed Best (Jar Jar Binks), Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca), and Vanessa Marshall (Hera Syndulla, Star Wars Rebels). Weekend II (May 23-25) fans will have a chance to see Warwick Davis (Wicket W. Warrick, Return of the Jedi), Jeremy Bulloch (Boba Fett), and Tiya Sircar (Sabine Wren, Star Wars Rebels).
Ray Park (Darth Maul), John Ratzenberger (Major Bren Derline, The Empire Strikes Back), and Taylor Gray (Ezra Bridger, Star Wars Rebels) will be attending Weekend III (May 30-June 1).
Weekend IV (June 6-8) promises to be a huge weekend during the event as Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker), Ray Park (Darth Maul), Billy Dee Willliams (Lando Calrissian), and Taylor Gray (Ezra Bridge, Star Wars Rebels) are scheduled to attend.
It should be noted that Mark Hamill won’t be participating in autograph sessions, but he will be in the Legends of the Force motorcade and he’ll participate in a special talk show so more fans can see him.
The final weekend of the event (June 13-15) features Dee Bradley Baker (Captain Rex, Star Wars: The Clone Wars), Cat Taber (Padme Amidala, Star Wars: The Clone Wars), Tom Kane (Yoda, Star Wars: The Clone Wars), Matt Lanter (Anakin Skywalker, Star Wars: The Clone Wars), and Steve Blum (Zeb Orrelios, Star Wars Rebels).
