It would seem that those legendary words “I’m going to Disney!” in celebration of grand feats ring true across the pond as well, as tennis great Rafael Nadal celebrated his French Open win by visiting Disneyland Paris on Monday.
Rafa, as he is known to his adoring fans, signed autographs and greeted guests while taking in the attractions of the park, including the Magical Moments Festival, as well as Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain, and Crush’s Coaster.
Nadal defeated Roger Federer in a thrilling match held at Roland Garros on Sunday. His win ties him with tennis legend Bjorn Borg, for all time most French Open wins; both men now hold six titles.
