This Saturday, former chairman and CEO of The Walt Disney Co. Michael Eisner will speak at the National Association of Realtors conference about his experiences running an innovative and constantly growing company, as well as what it takes to do so.
The conference will take place directly across the street from Disney’s California Adventure, a venture that was always considered one of Eisner’s failures since its opening 10 years ago. In 2005, Eisner resigned after a campaign run by Walt Disney’s nephew; dubbed “Save Disney,” the campaign’s chief goal was to remove Eisner from his position.
Bob Iger replaced Eisner after his resignation, but Iger has announced his intention to step down in 2015.
