You might have noticed a great disturbance in The Force this week as millions of voices (in select cities) cried out in joy when they realized they will get to see an 88-second teaser trailer for Star Wars – The Force Awakens.
Starting Friday, November 28 this very short – but much anticipated – trailer will play in 30 theaters around the country.
Word of this “teaser” trailer first leaked out early in the week on the Regal Cinemas website in a post that was quickly taken down. Then director J.J. Abrams’ production company Bad Robot tweeted out that the trailer would debut this weekend.
And finally, Disney officially announced the trailer on the official Star Wars website.
You can find the complete list of theaters and cities where the 88-second teaser trailer can be seen at StarWars.com.
Star Wars – The Force Awakens arrives in theaters on December 15, 2015.
