We are very excited to bring you a first look at the poster released just today for the Steven Spielberg biopic Lincoln. The film stars Daniel Day-Lewis as the United States’ sixteenth president, who led the country through the tumultuous Civil War Era.
Although the film is a Dreamworks Production, it will be distributed through Disney’s Touchstone Pictures.
Other stars featured in the film include Sally Field as Mary Todd Lincoln; Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Robert Todd Lincoln; Tommy Lee Jones as Republican Congressional Leader Thaddeus Stevens; and David Strathairn as Secretary of State William Seward.
The film opens in select theaters on November 9, and will open wide on November 16.
