May 1 marks the 25th anniversary of Disney’s Hollywood Studios and a new line of commemorative merchandise is coming to the park for the celebration.
The anniversary merchandise includes four new shirts for adults and kids including a classic black polo, and three T-shirts.
Other merchandise includes a messenger bag, a key chain, and a 12-inch pre-dressed Duffy the Disney Bear. Duffy is wearing a Hollywood Studios ball cap, T-shirt, and shorts.
No anniversary celebration would be complete with new Disney pins, and the 25th anniversary collection includes a jumbo-sized pin, a limited edition “I Was There” pin, an annual passholder pin, and a starter set.
There is also a mystery pin set featuring pins with characters including vintage Donald Duck, Clarabelle Cow, and Horace Horsecollar dressed in costumes.
The 25th anniversary logo was designed by Disney Design Group artists Thomas Scott, Costa Alavezos, and John Henselmeir and was inspired by the archway near the Disney Junior – Live on Stage! attraction.
The anniversary merchandise will be released on May 1, at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Soundstage 1. There will be a temporary merchandise shop located between the Studio Backlot Tour and Toy Story Midway Mania.
If you can’t make it to the park on May 1, the Disney Parks online store will be selling the four commemorative shirts from May 1-5. The shirts will ship in six to eight weeks once orders are completed.
