It’s the most wonderful time of the year at the Disneyland Resort and there’s a new slate of special merchandise events to help you get through your holiday shopping list.
On December 2, Ashley Eckstein – founder of HerUniverse – will be at the WonderGround Gallery in the Downtown Disney District to showcase her new collection with artist Ashley Taylor. Their appearance is from 6-8 p.m.
The new Precious Moments Holiday doll collection is now available at the World of Disney and on December 2-4 guests can meet doll designer Linda Rick from 12-10 p.m. Linda will return to the store on December 16-18 for another meet-and-greet.
Artist Jackie Huang will be at the WonderGround Gallery on December 3-4 from 5-9 p.m. Jackie is this month’s artist in residence and she’ll also be appearing on December 9-10, 16-17, and 30.
Artist Noah will be at Off the Page in Disney California Adventure on December 2-3 from 5-9 p.m. and 12-4 p.m. respectively.
Jim Shore will be at the Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure on December 3 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Fans can purchase merchandise at Off the Page. Jim will be at the World of Disney on December 4 in the Downtown Disney District.
Over at Disneyland park fans can meet Disney artist Dave Avanzino at Disneyana on December 10 and 11 from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. each day.
On December 17 Disney is celebrating the release of the Disney Editions book Maps of the Disney Parks: Charting 60 Years from California to Shanghai. Guests can meet Imagineers Vanessa Hunt, Ray Cadd, and Christopher Dylan Merrit along with several artists from 9-11 a.m. at Disneyana or at the World of Disney from 1:30-3:30 p.m.
And finally, on December 10 fans can check out the new limited edition pins inspired by the Disneyland Resort Gingerbread houses. There is a special signing and appearance by Walt Disney Imagineering Art Director & Concept Architect Bo Bolanos and Executive Pastry Chefs Jorge Sotelo and Jean-Marc Viallet at Acorns Gifts and Goods at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel from 9-11 a.m.
The pins have a limited edition size of 1,000.
