Disney XD has an all-new comedy series set to premiere in October.
The series – Kirby Buckets – follows the adventures of an aspiring animator and mixes live-action and animation.
Kirby Buckets dreams of becoming a famous animator just like his idol Mac MacCallister and with his two best friends, Fish and Eli, he often finds himself trying to get out of trouble before his sister and her best friend catch him.
The show stars Jacob Betrand (Bubble Guppies) as Kirby Buckets. Other stars include Mekai Curis (Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day), Cade Strutton (The Neighbors), Olivia Struck (Good Luck Charlie), and Tiffany Espensen (Bucket and Skinner’s Epic Adventures).
In the premiere episode Kirby learns about a character design contest where the winner can meet Mac MacCallister but his plans to attend with Fish and Eli get sidetracked when they end up in the middle of Clown Town – an abandoned area of town where creepy clowns live.
Kirby Buckets premieres October 20 at 8 p.m. on Disney XD.
