On Tuesday, Disney announced their intention to expand the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
Part of the expansion will include adding 25 additional acres to the 270-acre complex, as well as digital video boards and audio systems, and more lights. Disney also plans to increase the number of playing fields available, which will be used for lacrosse, football, soccer and field hockey.
As of this writing, the expansion is expected to be completed by early 2012.
