runDisney has released the design of the inaugural Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon medals.
The race weekend takes place November 14-16 at the Disneyland Resort and includes the Avengers Super Heroes 5K, runDisney Kids Races, and the Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon.
The medals for this new race weekend celebrate the heroes of Marvel and the team aspect of the Avengers.
Runners who finish the Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon will receive a medal that commemorates the “Inaugural Mission” and features a spinning Avengers logo with the signature “A” on one side and symbols for Captain America, Thor, and Hulk on the other side.
The Super Heroes 5K medal features Hulk, Captain America, and Thor on the medallion while the runDisney Kids Races medal features Captain America and Hulk.
More than 18,000 runners are registered for the sold out Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon weekend.
