During the Christmas holiday season, Disney Golf is hosting a series of one-day golf camps for kids.
The special junior golf camps are scheduled for December 22, 23, 29, and 30 at Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Participants will receive PGA instruction in all aspects of the game including putting and on-course play. The junior golfers will receive prizes and have a chance to play games while learning the basics of the game of golf. Kids ages 7-17 can register for the camps. Registration can be for just one day or for all four days of the golf camps.
The golf camps run from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. each day and cost $115 per child (price includes lunch and beverages). For more information visit www.golfwdw.com.
Walt Disney World Resort guests who are interested in hitting the links before visiting a theme park can take part in Disney Golf’s “Sunrise 9” promotion. This new promotion allows guests to play nine holes of golf between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. any day, based on course availability.
The rate for the Sunrise 9 is $29 and includes a breakfast sandwich, and a beverage before and after the nine holes. Courses participating are Disney’s Palm, Magnolia, and Oak Trail. For more information visit www.golfwdw.com/sunrise-9/.
