We can’t wait for the D23 Expo this summer, and one of the highlights of the Expo is always the unique merchandise Disney has on sale. This week, Disney gave us a first look at some of the merchandise to expect at the Expo, including information about a silent auction that will take place.
Expo attendees will be able to purchase a wide variety of merchandise with this year’s D23 Expo artwork (seen at right), which features some of our favorite Disney characters in Mickey’s iconic Sorcerer’s Apprentice outfit. Guests will be able to find this artwork on such items as t-shirts, fleeces, mugs, a tote bag, and more. The Sorcerer Mickey theme will also be apparent in a different way on other merchandise as well, as various shirts and other items will feature the silhouette of Sorcerer Mickey.
Those looking for a new bag to tote their Expo treats around in will also want to check out the new Seatbeltbag collection from HARVEYS. Created specifically for this year’s Expo, the new collection will feature a variety of bags decorated with Sorcerer Mickeys and Disney “D”s.
Guests looking for even more unique merchandise, however, will want to register for the Expo’s silent auction, which will be hosted by Disney Theme Park Merchandise. Items available for auction will include unique Disney artifacts, artwork, props, experiences, and more. Tickets for the silent auction, which will take place on Saturday, August 10, will go on sale on June 11 via ArtofDisneyParks.com, and separate D23 Expo admission is required. Everyone who registers for the auction will also receive a special pin, featuring the Cheshire Cat.
