This fall, Disney Cruise Line will be offering Pixar-inspired cruises during their seven-night California Coastal voyages.
All Disney Wonder passengers will be able to enjoy a variety of themed activities revolving around beloved characters from the Pixar universe. Both children and adults alike will be able to enjoy this interactive, immersive experience. Activities will include:
- An inside look at the process behind creating a Pixar animated feature. Pixar artists and filmmakers will showcase the making of Brave, and give guests a sneak peek at upcoming Pixar films.
- Concept art used to design Pixar films will be on display. All of the artwork has only been seen outside of Pixar Animation Studios when the artwork was exhibited at art museums around the world.
- The entire Pixar library of films will be available for passengers to enjoy, including a selection of animated short films.
- Over a dozen Pixar character meet-and-greet opportunities will be available, including Mr. Incredible, Remy, Woody, Jessie and Buzz Lightyear. Additionally, several Pixar-themed “dance parties” will give guests a chance to mingle with their favorite Pixar characters.
All passengers who sail on one of these Pixar cruises will also receive a commemorative lithograph. These cruises will set sail beginning September 16, September 23, September 30 and October 7 from the Port of Los Angeles.
