Disney Cruise Line is returning to Hawaii in September with two 10-night cruises that will visit four of the islands – the Big Island, Maui, Oahu, and Kaua’i.
These sailings will feature several Port Adventures so guests can discover each of the four islands on the sailing.
On the Big Island the Port Adventure takes guests to Hilo and Volcanoes National Park home of Kilauea, one of the world’s most active volcanoes.
The Port Adventure – Volcano National Park Odyssey & Macadamia Nut Factory tour – includes a drive along the 11-mile crater rim of Kilauea’s summit. This part of the tour will allow guests to view lava tubes, desert areas, and sulfur banks. Another stop is at the Jagger Museum that overlooks Kilauea Caldera.
The adventure ends with a stop at the Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Factory.
There’s also a Kilauea Volcano Bicycle Adventure that will take guests around the crater rim – on a bike. This adventure is eight miles of cycling and a hike through a rainforest with a stop at the Jagger Museum.
The Big Island port adventures also include a Culinary Hawaii Home Tour with a progressive island brunch.
There are also port adventures in Kaua’i, Ohau, and Maui during these 10-night voyages around the Hawaiian Islands.
