The Walt Disney World Resort has several special events planned to help guests ring in the New Year!
The Magic Kingdom is celebrating with fireworks on December 30 and 31. The Fantasy in the Sky Fireworks will begin each night at 11:50 p.m. Guests can also enjoy dance parties in Frontierland and Tomorrowland. Park hours on December 30 and 31 are 8 a.m. until 1 a.m.
At Epcot guests can make reservations for a New Year’s Eve dinner at World Showplace, take part in New Year’s Eve dance parties at various locations around the park, and enjoy a special fireworks display at 11:40 p.m.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios starts the celebration at 8 p.m. on December 31 with Jingle Bell! Jingle BAM!, then Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular, and finally with a dance party.
Other special events include three dining options at Disney’s Contemporary Resort – reservations are still available for Disney Countdown to Midnight and Down in New Orleans: A Disney New Year’s Eve Dining Experience.
